Awesome Awesome. The food is a typical fare for a restaurant n bar. We got seated served, and food out really fast while the place was absolutely packed. No Putz's on this payroll!

This was our first time here. Our server was excellent. The food was good and hot. We sat inside at a table by the window looking out at the river. Beautiful location. We visited the gift shop next door and purchased souvenir T-shirts.
Very fun bar/restaurant, especially if you're a fan of the grumpy old men movies. Movie themed menu, pictures on the walls, movies are playing in the background and a cute gift shop where you can get your very own Green Hornet! Many photo opps inside and out. Food was pretty good and service was quick. Right on the water and seating outside as well.
We were looking for a fun lunch stop on our way home (we seem to do this a lot) and we had never been to the famous Slippery’s. The Grumpy Old Men movie memorabilia was fun to see. We like outdoor seating and we had the choice of two areas. We opted for the patio outside the bar because it was covered and offer the best views of the river. The upper patio consists of tables with umbrellas as well as a small bar rail. It looked like a small band was setting up to play as we were leaving Service was prompt and easy. The burger and the walleye sandwich were both good. There were plenty of other options that looked good as we were walking by the other tables as well We will be back again on a warm sunny Sunday ... after we watch the movie again
Excellent food for all 8 in the party. Sat outside so had a wonderful riverside view. Entertainment provided by a bald eagle flying over the river. Would definitely recommend this establishment
